You have been working out, got some good muscle built and you're feeling strong and confident to face everyday's challenges.

What if you take some time off with your digital cam and reward yourself with some relaxing tour instead of hitting the gym and... You find yourself snatched from the street into an old van and taken into some hard movie production? Yeah, chances are slim but then again, you gotta be ready for whatever comes your way. Bouncing Bodies: Jumping Jacks

Keep the motion. Keep the count. Drive yourself away from the workout beginning and see how deep into tough exercise land can you penetrate. Feel the sweat accumulating on the surface of your skin, some falling down, the rest uncertain whether to travel up or down.

Have your legs and arms working on a rythm, closed then open, down then up. Keep your mind focused on doing your jumping jacks without messing it up.

Only Ask How High: Jumping-Jack Push-Ups

So you can do push-ups. A lot. You can keep those arm muscles pumped as you approach and move away from your loyal friend: the floor. Big deal.

Have a pat on your back then give yourself some fine and truly cheap low-cost flying with good ol' jumping jacks turned horizontal. Pay for your ticket with sweat and muscle and don't worry about getting your luggage lost.
