Push-Ups: Time to Make it Harder

What is that? Getting too easy? Nah, we can't have that. You deserve all the pain and suffering you can get.

Bet you won't get bored doing your push-ups since there are even more to choose from than beverages at Starbucks. Can't promise you won't eventually collapse though, but if you want to give up you can always devote yourself to knitting or bird watching.

Push-Ups: Not So Easy Tough Boy

You should be grateful that there exists people around you generous enough to help you achieve your potential. People that enjoy making you exercise hard and seeing you miserable accomplishing the drills. Afterall, you do get the ripping benefits from it.

Watch out sweating slave, cause if you're not good enough to keep doing the push-ups we'd better get those chains used some other way.

Atteeeention! Put on your uniform or strip out of it and be the maggot on the dirt. Aligning with the rest of the company or solo, pour some of your hard-worked sweat down. You'll feel proud.

Push-Ups: Yes You Can do This at Home

Don't be afraid to exercise. Grasp the technique getting down and dirty, keep straight, hands on the ground and... Push. That's one.

Kitchen, bedroom, walk-in closet, garage or backyard, place is not that important, correct position and performance discipline as you approach and leave the floor is. Have the sets done, you may rest when you the world ends.

Pull-Ups: Get Your Feet Off the Floor

Feel the strain in your arms as they bear your whole body weight. Feel yourself being raised from the ground by your own muscle strength, again and again. If feeling creative, a whole array of exercises can be performed, exploring several muscle groups.

Feeling tired after a short while pumping? It only gets worse if your hands are taped to the bar and you cannot let go, if it is no longer up to you whether it has been enough or not, if failure to perform correctly is punished hard, if you can't afford to stop and pain is generously added somewhere else on your sweating moving body to help you forget the pain in your arms and focus on what really matters: working out as told.
