Get Ready: Boxing Warm-Up

Walking the dog, bringing the groceries home or kicking the butt of your younger bro out of your bedroom may not require you to warm-up your muscles. But if you're going to have them pushed good then you have to get them ready.

Pay attention to the sound of the fists meeting the punchbag. Notice how the punches get stronger as blood pumps into the guy's muscles. You got'ta focus your mind and prepare your bod. In the next minute, it might be you hanging there and taking the blows.
