Get Ready: Gym Warm Up

Walking the dog, bringing the groceries home or kicking the butt of your younger bro out of your bedroom may not require you to warm-up your muscles. But if you're going to have them pushed good then you have to get them ready.

Let your body know that it is in for a ride and prepare yourself to sweat and suffer without falling down on your knees like a wounded wuss just cause you thought you wouldn't need that warm-up.
